How many free readings do I get? Every account gets 15 free readings per week. Your balance resets automatically every 7 days.
My credits reset — where did they go? Credits reset to 15 at the start of each new weekly cycle. Any unused credits from the previous week do not carry over.
Can I get more readings without waiting for the reset? Yes. Crush AI Pro members can purchase a VIP Top-Up (5 extra readings for $3.99) directly from the Settings screen.
I ran out of readings mid-week. What are my options? You can upgrade to Crush AI Pro to access VIP Top-Ups, or wait for your weekly reset.
What does Pro include? Pro unlocks access to VIP Top-Ups so you can add extra readings whenever you need them.
How do I upgrade? Tap the gear icon on the home screen, then tap Upgrade to Pro.
How do I cancel my subscription? Go to Settings → Get More Readings → Cancel Subscription, or manage it directly through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
I upgraded but the app still shows me as free. Pull down to refresh on the home screen, or sign out and back in. If the issue persists, tap Restore Purchases in the Settings sheet and email us at [email protected].
